Hubert started diving in the early 80’s, and became an instructor for NAUI in 86. In 89 he crossed over to PADI. He has worked all over the world including places like Thailand and the Philippines.
In the mid 80’s he started bringing over groups of divers to the Red Sea and started Canyon divers and then in 92 opened another diving center called Fantasea Divers also in Dahab. Then in 97 he moved to Sharm El Sheikh and started Anemone divers in the Pigeon house in Nama Bay. The partners of this business split up and then Hubert moved to Sonesta Beach Resort in 1999 and founded Anthias Divers!
Hubert has taught hundreds of course of all levels including specialties for PAD,I NAUI and SSI holding the rating of PADI Master Instructor and also SSI Instructor Trainer. He also has all levels of Technical diving from ANDI.
As well as being an active instructor, Hubert will be found mostly on our Liveaboard boats in the Southern and North Red Sea as we run Safari trips throughout the year.
